Can I put a lien against the marital house until I get the things out of it that I was awarded?

I would like to put a lien on his house for the amount of the items that he won't let me have. some of these things are written in the divorce papers. He said when the house sells he will give them to me, but he is advertising the house with the items in it. Right now he is out of the country, Costa Rica, you can't believe him so I have to do something..
