Full question:
I want to sign over my parental rights but I am not sure how to do it and I am also not sure if the mother will allow me or will want me to. We orignally had a agreement that if she were to get pregnant that we were not going to have it, she also told me that she couldn't get pregnant. Well now here she is pregnant and and I am not sure it is even mine but I know that I don't want a child and I know that there can not be another kid in my life and she knows she doesn't want me to be it the kids life. The only reason she wants me here is to pay child support but I won't pay and I will leave the country and she will be stuck alone anyway so what will I have to do to sign over my parental rights?
