My ex-husband owes me money as a result of debt incurred in our marriage. I have the court statemnt that he is to make payments the 1st of the month. I consistently have to call him to get payments. Can I garnish wages? What do I need to do that? He will not tell me where he works. He is also telling me he doesn't have to pay because he filed for bankrupsy and wants to include that amount. So now he says he will no longer be paying me. Can he do that?
