FAQs

Only a small percentage of divorces actually go to trial. Most divorce cases are settled out of court through negotiations between the parties. Estimates suggest that around 5% to 10% of divorces proceed to trial, as couples often reach agreements on property division, child custody, and other issues before reaching that stage.
