I NEED A NON COMPETE NON DISCLOSURE FORM MYSELF TO BE AN INTERMEDIARY OPERATING AS IN MY OWN LLC FOR LARGE PRIVATE INVESTORS TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE INVESTMENT BUYER'S AND TO PROTECT MY PRIVACY AND LIABILITY AND ALSO THAT INVESTORS DO NOT CIRCUMVENT THE PROCESS AND BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVES DO NOT DISCLOSE OR CIRCUMVENT THE PROCESS OR MYSELF ME THE INTERMEDIARY. SINCE I AM ONLY ACTING AS THE INTERMEDIARY FOR MY INVESTORS AND HOLD A REAL ESTATE LICENSE DOES THIS HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY BROKER??? I HAVE THE INVESTOR'S BUYER'S REP NON COMPETE NON DISCLOSURE BUT NOTHING TO PROTECT MYSELF.. i WILL CHARGING A FLAT FEE AS THE INTERMEDIARY.. THESE WILL BE REO PROPERTIES.
