Full question:
If I have valid will prepared, I have two witnesses over age 18 to witness and sign. I live in CA, do I then sign the documents and then present to notary or do they sign and I take documents to notary whom will witness my signature and notarize?

- State: National
Answer:
All signatures that need notarization must be made in the presence of the notary. The person whose signature is being notarized must be physically present at the time of notarization. This means you should sign your will in front of the notary, who will then witness your signature and notarize the document.
