Full question:
My trust was set-up to have a place where my dividends from my numerous investments would be deposited consistently. All my paper-work was contracted to be handled by the accounting dept. of the same trust company (J.P. Morgan Trust Co.,Inc.). Which in time merged with Chase Manhattan Bank becoming (J.P. Morgan Chase Bank). Because of the status and standing of my investment associates, and my age at the time my trust was set-up to virtually and completely handle all accounting and bookkeeping aspects of the administration of my estate. Urgo all my dividends would automatically be deposited into a saving acct. also under the trust and all paper-work was contracted to be handled by the bookkeeping and accounting dept. of J.P. Morgan Chase. Because my business manager was a Senator and we had investments together he instructed me to have my trust constructed under the highest standards of privacy and with major stipulations that protect my holdings and myself. It was drafted by four of the largest law-firms in New York and was filed as closed or sealed document with the State of New York. In keeping with the privacy standards I had my copy of the trust papers put in a safety deposit box that is also under the trust. Knowing that I had law-firms in the area: which sold-out here lately, and I also had the option to get a copy of the trust agreement, but the laws changed as well, and I can't seem to find anyone that are familiar with how to access the information. <br /> I need to know which form do I use to request a copy of my trust agreement from the state of New York and what court in Albany, NY do I send it to. My trust was started in 1962 and at that time the state law required all trusts over five million dollars to be registered with the state of New York. I know that the form exits and fee is rather reasonable, for I found the court with the right request forms, and then lost contact with the proper court here in NY,NY. Could you also e-mail me the current address and phone number of the court in NY,NY that handle these matters. As well as e-mailing me the courts' addresses and the proper form to use could you please make that the information is current and accurate. I've tried other services and no one seems to care. I need this info. immediately and will pay a bonus when I access my trust account.
