FAQs

A 'deeded driveway' refers to a driveway that is legally recognized as part of the property deed. This means the owner has specific rights to use the driveway, which may include access rights for themselves or others. If an easement is granted for a driveway, it allows another party to use that driveway even though they do not own the property. Understanding these rights is important, especially if disputes arise over property access.
