Why do I need to provide my social security number as a beneficiary?
I am a beneficiary in a will. The family home has been sold and the proceeds have been distributed to four family members. I am being asked to give my social security number to the executor and am not on good terms with that individual. I am aware I will have to file taxes on my share of the estate but why would I have to give my social security number now that the estate administration has been completed?

Can the other children make their sister move out and pay rent?
My husband’s father and mother has passed away and they did not have a will. They had 6 children. One of the children (a daughter) moved in the house. She has lived there for 4 months and will not pay rent. The other children are trying to make her move out they give her 30 days to get out. The girl’s father deeded his heirs part to his infant grandchild. Does she have to pay rent or can the other children still make her get out?
