Answer:

According to Rule 6 of the Colorado Rules of Court Procedure:

(a) When calculating any time period set by these rules, do not include the day of the act or event that starts the time period. The last day of the period is included unless it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. In that case, the deadline extends to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.

If the time period is less than eleven days, you must exclude intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays from your calculation.

Legal holidays include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Washington-Lincoln Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other day when the court is closed, except for Saturdays and Sundays.
