My wife told me the other day she is not happy anymore and she is moving to FL to be with her family. I dont know if she is coming back or what. I do know that her famliy was very mad because she did not have our two boys with her. They are (3 & 2 Yr). She is easley influnced by her famliy. What are my options for custody? I dont want a divorce but I dont want my children around her family because there is way to much drug use.

There are many factors the courts consider when deciding how to grant custody and they look to the best interest of the children. There is no way to tell you what the court would do in your case for custody at this point. If you and your wife could agree on custody terms and enter into an agreement the court may accept what you agree to when a custody, separation or divorce action is filed.
