Is there a form I can use to set a time frame for my mother-in-law to move her mobile home?

Full question:

About 2 years ago, my husband and I allowed my mother to place her mobile home on our property. She pays no rent and there is no contract. She has since moved in with a male friend and only comes by to feed her animals. She has elected to sequester herself from the family and she wants to sell her mobile home; which could take a while. I am not willing to let it stay for a long period of time. Due to certain uncomfortable situations, we want her to move her mobile home from our property since it is not her primary residence any longer. We will, of course, allow a certain time frame to do so, but not an endless amount of time. I would like a form to do this but was unable to find one because it is not lack of rent or maintenance.

FAQs

In general, there is no specific legal limit on how long someone can live with you without a lease. However, if they stay for an extended period, they may be considered a tenant under local laws, which could grant them certain rights. It's advisable to establish a written agreement to clarify the arrangement and avoid potential disputes.
