HI, i was a boutique trying on a dress, i was half naked when i looked in the mirror and saw a guy watching me, he was on a ladder and the doors don't reach the ceiling. He was setting up their security system. i asked what are you doing and he hesitated for a good 10-15 seconds then said he wasn't watching but he wouldn't stop. then finally he went down a few steps but i could easily see him. i filed a police report but wanted to know if there are any other legal actions i can take?

Answer:
You did the right thing by filing a police report. You had a reasonable expectation of privacy, which was violated. The store could be held responsible for not preventing this situation, as they should have been aware of the potential for such an incident. You may consider pursuing damages in a civil lawsuit against the store.
