Do I have a cause of action against a club if they will not allow Fox channel to be shown?

I'm a member of a gym (Club Metro) I have noticed since our Presidential election, Club Metro has boycotted Fox Channel, when I approached management. And asked, why we don't have channel 5 Fox WNYW there response was and I quote (we don't show that ------ channel) my question is do I have a case against this bias organization?

The club, like any other business or organization, has a right to set certain rules and take certain actions that may not be consistent with the religious or political views of all of it's members, employees or staff.
