Answer:
We find no law that prohibits this as a matter of law. We have read many entries about the issue of minor boys and girls sharing a bedroom at thier home. Based on the number of people who are asking many people are apparently told it is illegal. There are clearly times with boys and girls should not share a bedroom regardless of whether they are Brother and Sister or not. At what age each should have a separate bedroom and privacy is not set but common sense should make the answer clear. Many would say their common sense tells them that a 12 year old girl should not be sleeping in the same room or bed as boys 7 and 10.
